A summary of the Sisterhood and their amazing trip to Hamilton for the International Tattoo.
Canadian Forces Families Magazine
On Thursday, December 4, 2014, the choir sang a noontime concert in the Rotunda of Centre Block, Parliament Hill in Ottawa. While the choir was downtown, we took the opportunity to walk over to the National War Memorial where we took a few moments to reflect, remember, and sing. It was the first time many of us had been there since the shooting of Cpl. Nathan Cirillo in October. This article, written by Vicki Morrison, was recently published on the Canadian Forces Families Magazine website and beautifully sums up our experience.
CTV National News
What an exciting experience to have CTV National News reporter Omar Sachedina come and produce a segment about the choir! We are so proud of what we've accomplished and hope that many more choirs will be started across Canada for other women to enjoy.
